This project was one very close to our hearts — our personal home new build, over 2.5 years in the making. We were involved from concept to completion, and had the pleasure of living in the space ourselves while it was on the market.

Our vision was a European boutique hotel feel, brought to life with a quirky, playful mix of marble, stone and travertine. The pool, fully clad in pink travertine, became the standout feature of the outdoor area — elevated, tactile and unmistakably ours.

The block itself was a challenging battleaxe, but working closely with our builder, we shaped a home that responded to its constraints and made use of every available inch. Our favourite details? The curved Monreale marble benchtop, and the bougainvillea framing the view from the master bedroom window — all set against a backdrop of olive trees and Mediterranean planting.

Completed in 2023 and sold in 2024, from concept to completion, this one was ours in every sense.
